I blogged about this product a while back, but figured I'd post on it here as well.
I found a product that is essentially a liquid multivitamin, and it is amazing! I've had so much energy after starting to take Vemma daily, it's crazy. Only 4 tablespoons is the recommended daily consumption dose, and it essentially takes just like a children's chewable vitamin.
Vemma is also great for those of you struggling with weight loss. It's so full of nutrients that it helps to curb your appetite.
They have a few different forms of packaging, such as Vemma shots, a powder you can mix into a bottle of water, and 32oz bottles as well.
It *is* a little pricey, though, I'll admit. I buy the 32oz bottles, which are $60 for a two-pack. Keep in mind, though that they last for quite some time.

It's great for when making smoothies, if you don't want to drink it by itself.
And, I totally meant to say that it "tastes" like a children's chewable. Not "takes" like one, haha.
