Veggie Burgers: Which are the tastiest?

I've tried Boca Cheeseburgers and Boca All American Flame-Grilled burgers, and been unimpressed. I found them to be dry and salty. I have yet to crack open the box of Gardenburger Original in my freezer, but I don't have high hopes. What is your favorite kind?

Hmmmm...I do love the Boca Burgers, but in Canada the tie is between "President's Choice Portobello Swiss Burger" and "Lick's Nature Burger." You may be able to get the latter where you are or I recall Schneider's baking a good one.

I never understood what the point was of finding veggie patties that taste just like beef.

I don't need it to taste like beef, I just need it to NOT taste like rawhide. ;)

Oooh, I should look into those. Morningstar makes such tasty stuff! I wish they still made those little corn fritters.

The BEST veggie burger is Amy's California Burger! You will never eat Morningstar or Boca burgers again, haha! Amy's has the best texture and taste.....so good!!

I love the Lick's Nature Burger....but I only like it when its prepared at Lick's. I made them at home one time and it just wasn't as good.

hands down morningstar farms, qourn makes good fake chick patties.
We use TVP for everything lately cause it's so cheap. Eventually we are going to try to make veggie burgers with it.
Ruby Tuesday (the ones in the US) have the best restaurant veggie burgers, try them!

Yves veggie burgers are pretty good at make at home. If you have that brand over there. Harvey's and Lick's are the best for restaurant veggie burgers.

I love everything I've ever had from Quorn. The goat cheese/cranberry cutlets are awesome!

Thanks to all of your suggestions, I now have boxes of Gardenburger Original, Amy's California-style, and Dr. Praeger's California Veggie Burgers. I'll have myself a taste-test!
