I just got the letter from the other drivers insurance company. How on earth could I f****** have asked to be rear ended? I backed out of a driveway onto a residential road, I was straight on the road and about to go into D when BOOM an F150 smacks into me without intent to stop, he tried to go around me and went right into my rear driver side. THE OPPOSITE SIDE HE WAS DRIVING FROM!

NOT the side I wouldve been hit on had I been "peeking" out or anything. How on f****** earth is this MY f****** fault....I'm going to blow some s*** up.

Anyone with experience, next step suggestion? My insurance agent is MIA every single time I call, should I get a lawyer?

Thats lame, I'm get a lawyer. I thought the rule was if you rear end someone for any reason, it's your fault.

That quarter pannel will probably pull out when the frame is straightened. Can't see if the paint is chipped or cracked in these pics.
