Searching for something cute in Hot Pink/Fushia

Looking for something for my little sister to wear for her sweet 16th. I was looking at something with pink and black in it as this is her color theme. Possible something layered because this outfit will also be used in a dance number. Should be free at the hips so she can dance in it. She does not have a large budget.
