"We Are The New Vintage"
Reveal prop, work in progress.
This really should probably go in the DIY section of the forums, but I figured it would serve more of a purpose here. =0p
I figured I'd take a second to share one of my works in progress; an Edwardian parasol with my stage name on it. So far, I've only got my first name on it, but it's coming along nicely.
For anyone that may need inspiration for props when it comes to their final reveal, this really is a fun little project. It's cute, and it also helps the audience to know who you are, if they chanced to not catch your name during your introduction.
Fringe can easily be added to the trim, or even a row of sequins. The customization possibilities are endless.
I purchased this particular parasol brand new for only $13 on eBay. Not bad!
