Hi PLer's...I've looked into pole dancing exercise classes in my local area.  Some of the ladies I know that have taken the classes look great and aren't worried about losing their curves while still maintaining a healthy weight.  Have anyone taken any classes and how did it work out for you?

Hey there!

I have been pole dancing for about 3 years- I LOVE IT. Its so much fun and I got so strong, but didnt lose any of my curves! Its the only way you will ever get me to work out. I haven't done it for about 6 months since I moved, and I miss it so much. My body is less toned and strong, i feel tired etc.

I definitely recommend it, but its hard work! very worth it though
