They addressed my package wrong, and it was returned as undeliverable. They are now telling me that it is my responsibility to find it and get it to my home. As the customer, and as the person who sent them the RIGHT address, I do not believe I should have to fix their screw up. Like I said, we're in a fight, and I am NOT happy. I will NEVER order from them again.

You should atleast report them to the Better Business Bureau or make them credit you in some way. That's not right. My husband actually threathened a retialer for a bunk shipment and said he would get Michael Finney/ 7 on Your Side to fight them and remarkably they gave hy husband his money back.
