Hey guys and gals i wanted to get your opinion on pinup fb pages. Should a gal make a fb pinup page just for her pinup work separate from her personal page? Or does it matter why or why not

We've gotten this question before and it really comes down to your personal life. Some girls don't want their boss/coworkers/kid's teachers/etc to see them half naked or looking sexy, and some girls (like me, lol) don't care. There is also the "fan" issue. Pin Up girls get a lot of male attention, and a lot of stranger attention. If you have kids or a private family life you might not want strangers knowing all about it. Also, ALWAYS be careful about checking into places, you don't need 1000's of strangers knowing where you work or where your kids go to school. 

In the end it is totally up to you, but there is nothing wrong with doing it either way.

Yeah Roxy is right. I have a personal page that is totally private and has only afew people I actually know on it, then a business page just for my pinup art/vintage fashion articles.

I like to keep them seperate as I am a very private person. There is also security concerns. A business page can use a business email and have have no personal id info.

Basically if you use your FB profile to chat with friends and family and post personal stuff then make a seperate business page, if not dont worry about it. IMO, but its up to you, it does not have a 'traffic building' advantage as far as I can see, just a privacy one.

well lemme put in my .02

I find a fair amount of pinups to feature on facebook

if it's a fan page I can see a lot of those pics from my fan page without having to switch to my personal FB, requesting friendship yada yada yada

My personal FB is just that, personal. I only have a couple pinup community people on it

So I always like fan pages better and suggest them often to pinups that I talk to
