if so, i am DYING to meet you all! Sadly enough to say , there really isn't a scene here that caters to the pinup or rockabilly lifestyle. I'd love to meet some new locals so we could possibly fix that.   Also, if there are any photographers that are in Maryland, paticularly Baltimore or close to it, that would be up for helping me expand my portfolio for TFP/TF/Decent Shooting Rates, I would really want to get in touch!   Take Care and Stay Fabulous!

Have you some more sample photos? They don't have to be pinup. The ones you have here are cute and initially I think we could get a terrific set... images I'd print in Retro Lovely. Issue one is not only low on space... it's been expanded a few times so I am not 100% sure I'd be able to get anyone new I work with in issue #1 and the funny thing is... I am barely in the darn thing... so many amazing photogs and models have come on board.... and timing... anyway, check it out. Cheers.

Ah, yes. Stacey is WONDERFUL. She has an unbelievable assortment of outfits and props and does hair and makeup herself. She is incredible to work with and I HIGHLY recommend her. Her packages are pretty affordable, too.

Also, if you want to meet a few more people who are in to pin-ups and whatnot, check out the Guilded Lily Burlesque troupe. They do shows around Baltimore and DC at least once a month and are absolutely incredible. One of the founders of the troupe (who also happens to be my boyfriend's sister) is Maria Bella and she is a very talented Burlesque/Pin-up model in Baltimore. She is super nice and loves meeting new people who want to get in to pin-up and burlesque.

Maria Bella! I was chatting with her a bit ago - - she's to perform the Burlesque Festival in Jim Thorpe PA near the end of March. It is at this event we'll announce the winner of the contest we ran on the RetroLovely website. I'm actually the event photographer and am hoping I have the print run of Retro Lovely in by then...

Jim Thorpe is about... hmmm - 2.5 hours from Baltimore and a KILLER VICTORIAN TOWN.... my last (and current side project) is a comic book I set there, the Victorian Horrors of Old Mauch Chunk (that's the original name of the town) www.victorianhorrors.com

I do pin up modeling - just for fun - love the vintage / retro scene and you are right - there is nothing around here. I am in Southern Maryland - towards Dunkirk / Prince Frederick area. Would love to meet some like minded people as well.
