I am going, arriving Thursday at about 2 and leaving Monday about 3 pm...I got my own room at the Orleans!

i am showing up sometime thuresday late after noon and leaving sunday, and well as the place i am staying not sure yet trying to work out something with friends.

We will have to miss Viva this year :( We have had to tighten our belts because of the crappy job market and economy...I know...same ol, same ol. We are waiting to hear about a couple of things, and if they come through we might be catchin the Red Eye to Vegas.

But to all that are already booked...we wish you well and have the best time ever!

Well we missed out on booking a room at the Emerald Suites which is right across the street from Orleans. We'd planned on staying there and ...as usual!... procrastinated on booking. I really didn't expect the place to book up.

BUT...got a room at the RIO for only $237 dollars for ALL 4 NIGHTS! This is a great deal....and the Rio is really nice, all the rooms are suites. It is a little far from the action but we don't care, we got a 4 star hotel suite for less than it would have cost to book at the Gold Coast or Orleans ($358) and the Emerald Suites would have set us back $405.

SO! All of you who are still looking for a room and want to stay at a nice place, book your room at the Rio through www.Vegas.com

I am arriving Thursday night from New York, stay at Caesar's. I'm prolly gunna run down to the Orleans the night I get there to check out the vendors and buy some clothes to wear for the weekend. I am staying until late monday night. soo excited : )
