New to PL and Pinup modeling... looking for some friendly advice :)

Hello everyone!

I am new to the community, and am very grateful to be a part of it! I love that everyone here is so friendly and protective of eachother. It really feels good to be a part of this!

That being said, I am new to pinup modeling. I litterally grew up with pinup blood, but until recently never felt comfortable letting my inner pinup girl out. Now that I am, I couldn't be having more fun!

However, like any woman, I still struggle with my own internal doubts. Now please let me be clear... I am not posting some sappy story so that I can have a bunch of people message me and tell me how pretty I am. I am not looking for that at all. I am just so new to this, that if I got a little advice, I would maybe feel more confident at my next shoot. Feeling like a fish out of water isn't fun, and shows in pictures...

So... anyone have any friendly advice for a newbie?

Welcome to PL. This is a great place to find out about the world of pin up. Spend some time reading this forum; your question has been asked before many times, and you'll find some great answers in here. First welcome to PinupLifeStyle. For I am sure I am not alone when I say we are delighted to have you here. Second the only real advice I would give to you with regards to your problem would be the same as I give to all my clients.Relax take a deep breath and just try to have fun with it. I mean it never hurts to do your homework by researching different modeling poses that tie into the pinup style, Likewise practice facial expression in the mirror is also a good idea. Yet more than anything you need to let the playful or sensual sides of you personality take center stage. So once again just relax take a deep breath and just try to have fun with it.
