Need Web Artist for Banner Ads, etc.

Whirlingturban needs a web designer to make banner ads. Please respond even if this posting is old- am looking for "permanent relationship" if i can find the right person, and I'm figuring it might take a while to find just the right web designer for us. Would love to trade if possible. Need to be able to see lots of your previous work.
