Name help please Ladies!
As you can tell I use an Alias (aka pin-up name or stage name...which ever you like), I don't feel like my true name is very 50's/pin-up model like, as much as I love my name!
I also have a few networking sites such as Model Mayhem, Facebook, and Myspace...
I really don't use myspace and it's under my photography name, so I really don't have problems there...
However my Facebook and Model Mayhem are under my real name.
My questions for all of you is...
1. Should I make a model mayhem under my Alias or Not?
I feel that if I make a Model Mayhem under my Alias someone might run into my other one and questioning it. I also can't change the name on my Model Mayhem.
2. Should I make a Facebook under my Alias or make a "group" under my Alias?
I talked with my Sister In-Law about this and we couldn't decide which would be better. I can't change my name on my normal facebook because it would confuse too many of family members and friends on there, and I know they'd all call me by my real name so there would really be no point to having an Alias.
Would there be a point at all to have both my real name and alias up on all these sites? It completely destroys the purpose of an alias.
I'm quite confused and I'd love to know what some of you ladies do.

hmmm, personally, if you're a pro, I would suggest having a separate site for family/friends that has your real name. It's ALWAYS good marketing to have a page dedicated to your "alter ego". That's just my 2 cents.
