I wanted to see a scary movie and I admit, I went and seen this movie tonight. And wow...too predictable. Not only that, but I got totally dizzy and my eyes hurt after a while. The 3D effects didnt seem to do the movie much justice. Oh well....guess I will have to watch one of my old movies then. Thanks for letting me vent out on this one...hehe

Oh yea, not scary at all...in fact it was kinda funny...

Thats how it was when I went to see Hostel in the theatres......I ended up in the very first row because I got there too late so I was WAY too close to the screen and then I just laughed the entire time! HAhahahaha!
Im finding that so called horror movies are all the same these days. So I think I will stick more to the old stuff...
I think the big issue with this movie is that it was FILMED in 3D vs being digitally enhanced in later production which gives a smoother look and less artifacting around the 3D objects. I believe the movie was also made to be predictable as they were going for the "80's schtick". I think overall it was an okay film but I wasn't as stoked on it as I was when I went in.
I wanna see it, but I expect it to be bad. Good to know I won't be let down.
