Does anyone use Model Mayhem as a Designer?

I used to have one for modeling but now I'm considering whether or not I should have one as a Designer. I'm reluctant simply because it's very time consuming managing the social networking sites I'm already a part of, let alone joining another

- is the benefit worth it? any positive experiences as a designer?

I can't attest to the benefit of it, but I've had some experience with designers on MM. It seems to be a way to get folks to req your products for shoots, TF or Paid. Honestly, I would suggest it. MM may even have a way to link the two accounts so you wouldn't have to check more than one.
