Ok I LOVE legs! So I just want to know how do you shape and tone your legs?
What tips do any of you goddesses have in trimming and shaping those lovely gams of yours.

Or if anything, how do you use tights, shoes, etc. to make your legs pop? I'm so sick of being ashamed of my legs.

I wanna wear shorts and cute underwear!!

Squats. As many as possible. My trainer says they are the best way to get your legs looking good. I'm hoping that by summer my legs will be looking awesome!
squats and leg lifts are the best. they help tone your tush as well as legs and thighs. thats always a plus.
My college and where I live is on top of many, many hills so I spend my life walking up and down those. Other than that, I just walk most places; you'd be suprised how fit that gets you!

And heels are always a girls best friend to a killer pair of pins!

My legs got way sexy when I started dog-walking... I was picking up and dropping off 6 dogs per day, running up and down people's stairs to get their dogs out of the house, and then hiking with the dogs for an hour before bringing them all home again. The combination of a few stairs throughout the day and outdoors hiking really did the trick. It's not even hardcore hiking, just some local nature trails on hills amongst an urban area (you don't have to go to Yosemite or something to hike!). But the natural intervals trails have (up a bit, down a bit, up a long way, slight slope, big slope, jump over that rock, avoid that puddle) really works all the different little parts of your legs, where doing one exercise (a bike, squats, elliptical, lunges) only target one or a couple major parts. If you can't get out and hike around, try dancing! Dancers have such amazing legs because (aside from training every day their whole lives XD) in addition to regular exercises, they are stretching, craning, doing different dance moves, twisting this way and that.... always something different for every different routine, so they nail every muscle in their legs. I recommend doing lots of different exercises instead of focusing on one...if you vary your routine you are less likely to plateau your progress and you'll see results faster.
Wow!! That's all great advice. I have seriously underestimated squats.
