Roxy Tart started a discussion earlier about her journey to lose weight. I'm joining her in posting my own progress and being accountable. I will lose 40 pounds (going from 170 to 130). I'm 5'5" so 130-135 is a healthy weight. I'll post every Wed after my Weight Watchers weigh-in.
