They freeze the beer into little chunks i am guessing then bread it and its probably frozen when they flash fry it.

Same concept of deep fried snickers, deep fried ice cream, deep fried anything just about.

Last year the thing that won was deep fried butter. It was like biting into a piece of buttered bread.

I dont know that any of the number 1's actually taste very good, but if they are crazy enough people will try them and there for they will sell em!
