Is this ad legit?

Hello, 

I followed an ad from the banner here saying "represent major brands like Coke" which took me to www.itgirlsapply.com, which directs you to apply to model, get endorsements, etc.

In my opinion their website doesn't look very modern and they use people's likenesses who don't actually endorse the site. I can't find anything about the company on line, but I've always had good experiences with the ads here. Has anyone heard anything about it?
