I'm stumped :-/ Suggestions?!?

Okay, lately i've been thinking...Should i add a little something, at the top,bottom, or sides of the tatt??..like lightening bolts, bats?, or sumthing of that nature???...Orr would it look too cluttered??..Orr Orrr Should i leave it the way it is??.. I'm just stumped, and would love any suggestions ;-) Thanxxx<3
I do however, need to get my Frankie Tatt touched up, and im gnna have more of his shoulders added too.
