Before I became a vegan, I was 5"3 and 145 pounds. There were some parts of myself I wasn't comfortable with, but for the most part, I felt great! Then, I cut out all animal products and lost 20 pounds crazy quick. I went from a size 9/11 to a size 5, a D cup to a B cup, and have lost all hint of a butt. I'm thin, but I feel disproportionate. Is there anything I can do to get curvier without gaining back the weight? Any exercises you'd recommend?

I've lost weight a year ago and had the exact same problem. Interested to know any advice...

Well, I lost my bum when I started training for my first marathon and was advised to do squats and bridges.  That did help and so did adding pilates/core fusion classes.   If you don't naturally distribute weight there, the best you can do is add muscle tone for shape.

It's not a work out, but this thread might help, http://www.pinuplifestyle.com/forum/topics/getting-the-curves

We also have this one, http://www.pinuplifestyle.com/forum/topics/what-do-you-do-to-stay-fit. This one, http://www.pinuplifestyle.com/forum/topics/exercise-for-more-hourgl... and many more. Take some time and look through the forum, I'm sure you'll find quite a few threads that will help.

Good reads, thanks Roxy!!

Enjoy the most amazing greasy burgers you can find!

For your butt you can do squats and back kicks, down and hands and knees and then kick back your leg. Running is always good. For the top, pushups, regular pushups. They work wonders. Hope this helps.

Thank you! I can do all of that. (:

I had the same issue, I gained 8 pounds back and started doing walk squats every night to get my butt back. I still miss my boobs though :(

If you are looking for something fun that will build up your legs and backside, go ROLLERSKATING!  (or ice, if that happens to be what you are into)  Work out by remembering to use your entire leg to push; the skates act as leg weights, but are much more fun.  :D I grew up skating, doing competition when I was little, and then was a DJ during college.  It is great exercise without being so overly demanding or monotonous.

Yay, now I have an excuse to go to the local skating rink. If people give me dirty looks for doing a "kids" activity, I'll be like "OH no! It's for my pin up modeling okay!"...And then I'll eat a greasy cheeseburger because Edson Carlos said I should. lol ;).
