Help! if you can!

Does anybody have any tips on how to make hair grow fast??? My hair has been short for a while and I'm pretty bored with it. It's been growing for a few months and all I have is a goofy looking David Bowie mullet.. it's horrible. I want curls.. hahaha! If you could help me out, that would be real neat!!

Calcium!!! Im not telling you to change your diet- but when I became a vegetarian my hair and nails started acting like I treat them with miracle-gro.

If you do decide to take a calcium supplement or prenatal take them at night before you go to bed or they will make you vomit- full stomach or not...
