Hey there guys and dolls!
I've been trying to cut back on fast food so I've been hitting the cereal hard in the morning because toast and what not just doesn't quite cut it. My question to you folks is, has anyone ever tried Kashi cereals or foods? I'm kinda interested but it kinda looks like it might taste like cardboard :l
I've tried Kashi..it's pretty damn good especially if you throw in the odd berry or banana. You can also some of the other organic, healthy cereals out there..they have a supermarket brand at Loblaws here which is healthy and usually cheaper then the name brands..sweet! : P
What's better for you in the a.m. than cereal or other carbs is eggs. Good ol' eggs. The protein keeps you fuller longer than carbs would and you end up eating less calories throughout the day.
