And the one I still haven't mastered

Here's one that I get asked all the time -
The Etiquette as a PinUp !
Where do you learn this? How do I find how to behave like a PinUp Lady?
I did my homework on PinUp girls and would suggest any new Lady to do the same. PinUp is a lifestyle and is MY lifestyle.
OK, this is all nice but what about the Pin Up photographer? I have been studying the genre for a while now and think I have an understanding of what a good pinup is but, I haven't perfected the post processing.
What is we had a forum for each major subject; Hair, Makeup, photographer, posing, etc.
I truly believe the time is ripe for Pin Up to go mainstream, this could be the seed that makes that a reality...

Etiquette as a PinUp?
Be a lady, there are tons of books on etiquette. Treat others as you wish to be treated.
Don't badmouth other people in the business and give praise to others when they do great work.
Appriciate people who take their time to compliment you.
Keep yourself groomed and well prepared for shoots.
Learn about the pinup history and keep it classy.
Pinup clothing, getting it right?
Study classic pinup images. They are the best resources!
Go with vintage or reproduction companies.
Typical details that you might miss:
Stockings, go with this and not this.
Garter/girdle, go with this or this and not this.
Shoes, go with a classical pump like this and save the fetish heels for fetish-pinup shoots.
Go for the round toe, not pointy.
Lipstick, go with red! Not pink or natural.
Bra, spot the difference between a bullet bra and a modern bra and stay away from the last one.
Be sure to curl your hair or have a retro up do.
I think it's all in the details if you want a CLASSIC pinup.
I play with fetish and latex myself but the classic pinup is my fave and also so much fun to shoot.
Best must haves for the classical pinup is a retro lingerie set in a basic color, like bullet bra + girdle. Black stockings and nice heels. That's it! Then work on the hair and makeup
Hope you got some help :)
