I've made these when my carnivorous butt had no eggs, they're delicious! I didn't even tell the dudes they were vegan and no one was like "ewww, wtf is this?"...

And yeah people are always surprised that these lil' cakes have no eggs, no milk yet they taste so good!! Seriously, give 'em a try everyone! I'm getting addicted to vegan baking..I made batchs of cupcakes, muffins and cookies in just two days..not sure if that's good for the waist. But that's what walking and swimming is for!
