Getting started in Burlesque

Hello everyone!

For the past year I have been absolutely infatuated with Burlesque and it is something I have always wanted to do. The catch is I have no idea where or how to start and need some advice. Some places I have come across only cater to ages 21+ because of performing in bars and such, I am only 19 and live in San Antonio, Texas. Any ideas?
