First communion dress a la 1940s 1950s

I have found several patterns on Etsy and have till April to get this done for my daughter. I am looking for three things a) great vintage fabric b) diy and or accessories in the 40s/50s style (gloves, veil, shoes) and c) inspiring photos. I have my mother’s (i will scan and post later is tres cute!) if anyone has access to family members photos who had their first communion in the 40s or 50s I would love to see them or some great spot on line that I haven’t found!
