Favorite magazine to submit to?

With so many new magazines popping up lately, I am curious to know which is your favorite magazine to submit to (model or photographer)?  Retro Lovely has set a pretty high standard, who do you think compares?  Do any exceed?

I had a model I did a shoot with submit some of my photos as well as another photographers to "Sugar Heart Magazine" they accepted one of mine and one of his for the August issue on page 29 but they put his name down the side of my photo and my name above his photo. All they had to do was check the meta data to verify who's photo was who's but they didn't. I wrote them several times over a period of 2 weeks about the mistake before they finally acknowledged me and said they would get it fixed but the sample still has the mistake.

So I'm personally not a fan of Sugar Heart Magazine.
