I'm planning to make a chocolate/vanilla swirl cheesecake. If it goes well and my family likes it might just become my special holiday treat.
So is it just stuffing stuffed in a muffin tin or are there other ingredients to bind it?

My favorite recipe is called Stuffin Muffins! They are muffins made out of stuffing. Really tasty! : )
Holiday Egg Nog Pie with ginger snap pie crust.

To make the pie crust I use Mothers brand Ginger snaps since there a little harder than homemade ginger bread cookies and they are easy to crumble. In a medium-large bowl(depending on what size pie tin I'm using) I take 1 1/2 cups - 2 cups of ginger snap crumbs and pour them in the bowl Then I add either 1/2 to 3/4 stick of melted butter and mix till all the butter is soaked into the ginger snaps. You then take the mixture and press into the bottom of a pie tin and cook in the oven at 350 for 20-25 minutes till finished. Then leave the pie crust on your counter for an hour to cool before adding the pudding mixture. Once the crust is cooled you can add the pudding pie filling and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

(if you don't have the time to make a homemade crust use a ready made gram cracker pie crust.)

Pie filling is super easy. Use Jello brand Vanilla Pie Pudding mix. Just follow the directions on the box, but instead of using milk substitute with Egg Nog and I throw in a tablespoon of rum just to give it some kick.
Beer is only a "recipe" if you brew your own. I hope that you do; it's a satisfying hobby!

My list of signature recipes has been cut down since I went vegetarian, but I can still make my Pommes Dauphiné, a cream-and-gruyere-laced potato casserole that is so high in fat it could single-handedly take a year off your life!
Yeah i know its only a recipe if you make it yerself but i seem to consume so much its not possible. Stella does me just fine. Yours sounds so damn good. Peace...

For Thanksgiving and Christmas, I like to make green beans almandine (sp?) with bacon. I use French-cut green beans, peppered bacon and sweet slivered almonds, bake til the almonds are brownish (I cook the bacon first).
