Do you have a favorite diet/lifestyle/good way to eat book? One that is safe (no fad diets please), and really made you think about and improve how you ate/worked out?
Oh..well there it is! : P Yes, I'd suggest the book "Skinny B****" for anyone who wants to make a serious lifestyle change..as opposed to going on a diet for awhile, then going off of it and gaining all the weight back again. Nothing could be worse for your body and metabolism then that. Just being healthy is more important then size. Of course you won't hear that from the people who are trying to sell you diet pills...
