DASH Store is a rip-off!

During my Florida vacation in June, I went to Miami and visited the Kardashian Sisters' store, DASH.  Not my idea, but my friend really wanted to go since she is in love with the Kardashians.  I bought a gorgeous shell and diamond macrame bracelet at the boutique. I normally don't splurge like that, but it was my vacation and my friend talked me into it since she got an identical one.  Her's is still in one piece though because she is afraid to wear it!

Well, went to go put it on to wear out on NYE, it broke.  One of the threads pulled out and a shell bead went tumbling away. 
Lets just say I was less than pleased!  I paid a lot of money for this
bracelet, my expectations of longevity are more that 6 months or 6
wears!  I have bracelets I have made myself that have lasted longer,
hell, my Target bracelets have lasted at least 2 years! I have tried to
call the Miami store with no one picking up the phone.  I hope they are still in
business! l tried to call the Calabasas store in California to see if the Miami Store was still in business, just get an answering machine.  I am not sure who makes the bracelet either or I would call them.  Any leads on who I can call or what else to do?  I am so angry right now, you don't even know...

Did you try social media? Tweet and facebook a photo of the piece in pieces at them, keep it brief with the description and see if they respond.

Hahaha, I am probably the only person on here with out a facebook, myspace, or a twitter.  I could have my sister FB for me.
