I am looking for a variation on a trashy hat that i have seen ( details and pictures can be provided) to be made for me.

I only have a small budget and its for a photoshoot at the end of May.

There is a milliner in Fife, Scotland at www.offwithherhead.co.uk. I'm not sure if she does custom but it's worth a shot!
