Clear Raincoat

I'm putting together a shoot for late this week and looking for a clear vinyl or PVC raincoat for the shoot.  I have a clear umbrella and cute rain boots, but have not been able to track down the coat.  We're going for a George Petty style look based on this image:

Does anyone know where I can find something like this?  So far the only stuff I'm finding is from dubious suppliers overseas, and I'm trying to find local or in the USA that can be shipped overnight.  The model is very petite, so I'm looking for size XS or S. 

Any help would be appreciated!
