What is everyone doing to feel less "stuffed" from the holidays???

A group of us at work are doing a "Biggest Loser" competition at work starting Monday.  First week for me will be NO MORE Diet soda and no artificial sweeteners.  It's gonna be tough cuz I love my Diet Pepsi in the morning!  But it will totally cut down on bloat.  And I'm gonna start back up with my Yoga Booty Ballet and overall just cut back on the grub!

Tomorrow morning I'm starting a cleanse, going back to the gym, cutting all meat (not just red like usual) out of my diet, and stopping the daily fast food runs that have taken over during this holiday season. Even I have a limit on how much Taco Bell I should eat, and I went over it!

 

I'd like to try yoga too, maybe I'll take a class.

Going to the gym! Cannot wait for summer to roll around so I can go run outside but for now it's the treadmill, staying veggie but cutting out the ridiculous amounts of carbs I eat, exercising before I shower(total time saver) and eating at actual mealtimes instead of snacking!

I'm cutting out fast food and fizzy drinks and cutting down on salt (apparently it makes you retain water which I only just found out!)

I'm going to buy a hoola hoop as well and try to learn to do it properly!
