Can anyone recommend a good blonde at home hair color??

Hi gals

I am seeking some advice from you all again : ) I am trying to cut back on expenses and I am considering colouring my hair at home. I was wondering if any of you do this and could recommend a good colour to use. My own natural hair colour is a dark blonde and I like my hair a light cool blonde.

Born Blond and Feria both work great. Born Blond Maxi is what I use for taking the color out of my hair and getting to the bleach blond color so I can add more crazy colors on top of it, and Feria is a great dye if you want a pretty natural blond.

Born Blond Maxi is awesome!  I used it to bleach my naturally dark auburn hair, then I used something else to get it to the shade of blonde I wanted.  It was probably Loreal Paris Excellence Creme or Nice n Easy.  You probably don't need to bleach if you're dark blonde.  If you're going for cool tones, ash blonde is probably your best bet, as opposed to a coppery blonde.  The Loreal Paris website has a ton of shades to choose from.  And you can buy the color straight off their website!  Good luck and be sure to post pictures!
