Back in December, Roxy Styles was having a holiday sale. It always takes me forever to decide to buy anything online, but I'm a sucker for free shipping. I finally settled on two bra-and-panty sets, and placed my order. I didn't expect to get anything before Christmas, but I thought both sets might possibly wind up in a future Valentine's Day shoot. I would, after all, still have plenty of time. Both items were listed as in-stock, shipping within 24-48 hours.
During the first week of the new year, I checked on my order. It was listed as "processing," which they explain on their site as meaning that it was too late to cancel or change the order, but it hadn't yet shipped. Goodie! My stuff would ship soon, then.
A week later, I checked again. Still "processing."
And again, after another week.
I sent an email, with my order number, asking about the status of the order. No response.
Still nothing. Another week, another email to Roxy Styles, another deafening silence.
By February, I felt I was justified in filing a Customer Complaint with my payment company. They said they'd look into it.
Today, I got an email from my payment company, explaining that they found in my favor... but that Roxy Styles has no money in their account, so I won't be refunded.
Roxy Styles is currently advertising their Valentine's Day sales. The items I had originally ordered are still listed as in-stock, shipping within 24-48 hours. BUYER BEWARE!
