Hey all, it's Stu.

OK, so I've been reading a book about the love that Patti Smith shared with Robert Mapplethorpe.

They went through so much hardship, yet stayed so tight, it made me well up.

I'm not ashamed......and nor should you be.

When was the last time tears took you by surprise, and why ???

I cry every week that i watch greys anatomy... the boyfriend laughs at me hysterically... i just love the stories!
Cool prog, and well worth a tear !! lol
Every time I watch Americas Top Model and tyra changes her voice to an "accent"...
Ha ha, genius !!
I hardly ever cry, it's just not in my DNA, however, every time I watch Titanic.... I cry buckets. Don't know why, but it's really the only thing that gets me. Silly, I know.
Sometimes when I laugh really hard, so hard that I'm crying, I feel like I want to actually sob! Even though I'm happy! It's a really weird feeling!
I'm almost never surprised when I cry, it happens all the time XD A sad movie or show, a customer talking about their pet who is ill or has passed, even some television commercials can make me well up! Lost makes me cry a lot... and I just finished reading the His Dark Materials series, and I cried SO many times throughout!

My silliest one is Homeward Bound, it makes me just sob! At the end when Shadow comes limping over that hill, just when his boy thought he was dead and was saying "he was just too old..." Oh god I'm tearing up just thinking about it!!
I cry a lot. I have to even tell my kids sometimes people cry happy tears. Like watching Extreme Home Makeover when they redo houses for people who really need them. It just goes to show that there are good people out there willing to helping people who need it. I love feel good stories. I also cry when something happens to my kiddos. My oldest son is terrified of thunder storms and we had a bad one this week. He went into the linen closet and just sat there rocking and crying. I sat in there with him holding him and crying. I couldn't make it go away so I felt bad. I guess I am just a big wimp I cry often. lol
i was about to cry just reading your story, such a great mommy. The last time i cry is usually on movies, i was watching one yesterday dont know what the movie was but it was sweet. The most i cried was on Passion of the Christ such a great movie, about 80% of the movie i cried.

I'm one of the most emotional people I know. I cry at movies, tv shows, songs on the radio, reading books, when I'm pissed off, when I'm sad, watching the news. All the time. But especially if I hear a patriotic song or see/hear/read anything about our soldiers. There are even times when I feel like crying and don't know why, so I purposefully watch a movie or put on something I know will make me cry. I'm just a big baby.
Oh, and my 10 year old is the same way. When she was almost 2 we watched Toy Story 2 and she cried buckets when Jessie (the cowgirl toy) was singing about being abandoned by her owner. She's just like me. We'll be sitting there crying and I'll have to pull her in my arms and tell her it is ok. My other 3 kids just look at us like we are nuts!
