Photo Comments

I think we should start leaving more comments on people's photos as it makes them feel good! I haven't seen a lot of people leaving actual comments on photos themselves and I think that a lot of people would be happy to get them :)

the weight on photo comments is set to 5, this doesn't mean 5 pts each, it means that in the overall scheme of your activity it has "some" impact on points ;) cmon, would I utilize a non complex system to calculate these metrics?!
