downloading music to my profile

I am having issues with uploading music from my itunes library. Has anyone had any problems with the music feature on your home page, and if so, do you got any tips for me?

It only accepts .mp3 files. Step one is to make sure its not an .mp4 or .aac which is an iTunes Store format.

Let me know how that goes, it should work easy as pie.
