WWII makeup & hair HELP!!

I have a last minute shoot tonight as a WWII nurse, but no MUA/HAIR and i am at a loss. i was thinking victory rolls, but as far as makeup, i want it to look as authentic as possible, it is to promote a veterans day event & will be at the VA hospital as well. if you have dita von teese's book she has great how to makeup tips in there. just think'clean' and you will get the job done. take examples from war time posters. rosie defined cheeks(not too much blush!) natral looking eye makeup with the liquid liner to acentuate the lashes and nice red to coral lips with natural lines. nice false eyelashes. get your pearls out. waer as much of your hair up in a very tidy way as to not get caught in the factory machines. and nails done!http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mgpvKXLTwr8 for hair.
