Okay ladies, I am the publisher for a magazine called "The Cat's Meow" and I am going to hold a contest! This is to be in the running to win Cover AND Purrr of the Month of our May issue. These things are always a pain in the butt for all parties involved & are commonly a huge waste of time, but I am going to do this differently than most contests and as fairly as possible :)
